Account Deletion Request

If you no longer wish to use your DDrive account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@getddrive.com with the subject:
"Delete My DDrive Account"
Include the following in your email:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, phone number)
- Booking history
- Driver activity data
- Any stored photos or documents
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance as required by applicable regulations.
